FAQs

When should I call to schedule a clean?

Answer: We are open year round, so as long as it is above freezing, we will be cleaning windows. It is smart to call two to three weeks in advance to schedule. If you have a last minute request, still call and we'll see what we can do!

What payments do you accept and when do you expect it?

Answer: We accept credit cards, checks and cash. We appreciate payment at the conclusion of the job. If you need to mail your payment in or pay later, we allow 30 days before late fees are accessed.

How do you handle bees and other pest?

Answer: We will do our best to work around nests but we cannot remove them. If you have a few nests around the house please hire an exterminator before we come out so that we can clean all your windows as well as not get stung while doing so.

What do I do if I have Pets?

Answer: If we are completing an interior clean there will be cleaners coming in and out of the house throughout the job. If you have any pets that may be tempted to take advantage of an open door or window to go explore the neighborhood, we ask that you isolate the pet to a room and coordinate a plan with a team member for cleaning that room when the time comes. If you have pets that may be aggressive or skittish around strangers, we ask that you make sure to have them isolated from the team for the duration of the clean.

Do you install Christmas Lights?

Answer: We do not install Christmas lights but you can receive $100 off your next window cleaning if you hire Winter Star Lights to add some cheer to your home for the Holiday Season!
