We did it with smooth operations on the rough sanding with the big sander and small edger. Fine sanding the hardwood floor we did here with our dedication and care for a standard workmanship. This hardwood floor was sanded using a belt sander, buffed with a 120 grit screen, buffed with maroon pads. The hardwood floor corners were hand scraped, screened, and buffed with maroon pads. Afterward a Water Based Sealer and Water Based Polyurethane Finish were applied to the floor.
