What services do you offer?

Aside from luxury home construction, existing home remodels, and restorations, we also offer water damage remediation and restoration services. Moreover, we provide customized solutions to meet your needs, making sure that each project is completed with precision and care.

Will you provide me with a detailed price quote for my project?

As soon as the architecture and engineering are complete, we begin pre-construction services to determine the approximate cost of the home building or remodeling work. You will receive a breakdown of all costs associated with the building or remodeling project involved. With us, there are no surprises. What is the bidding process for a project that I have in mind?

In general, we provide our potential clients with what we call a Construction Budget Report. In order to get preliminary construction estimates and bids, we send our preliminary construction plan to our subcontractors. Following that, we have a meeting with potential clients where we walk them through these documents. After reviewing the documents, we are able to provide an accurate and detailed Construction Budget Report to our clients, enabling them to make better informed decisions about their project.

Will you provide us with a signed contract agreement?

We never start a job unless we present you with a detailed scope of work and a comprehensive agreement that outlines all costs and duties. In addition, we provide you with a price breakdown. We make sure to be transparent and provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision.
