The Mc Donald residence was a whole-home remodel with two separate additions. This home is over 100 years old, and combing the new building to the old one was one of the challenges that presented itself in this project. We replaced everything in the home except for the foundation and the existing roof. It used to be a two-story home but it had a fire in the '40s or '50s so they cut off the 2nd floor and roofed it over it to make it a one-story home.
