FAQs

How much does it cost to build a custom home?

There is no easy way to answer this. Each home is unique and has it's differences which in turn can vary the price due to construction design and selections. To get an accurate estimate we need a full set of blueprints and a design consultation to understand the vision for your home.

Can we use our own blueprints or do have to use yours?

Since we are building a custom house for you the plans will be designed for your needs. So we are able to use any of ours, adjust ours, or help you design a plan from scratch.

Do you provide any warranty?

Absolutely we do. Built by Family for Family is our motto and we would want a warranty if we built a home. We are backed by 2-10 in all of the homes we build.

What makes you different as a builder?

We feel a few things separate our company from others but the main reason we are different is that we treat you like family. The Golden Rule. We are transparent in all things we do.

How long does it take to build a home?

Just like the cost to build this is a very difficult question to answer. For us the timeframe of the build starts from the day we break ground. But the range of construction typically ranges from 8 to 14 months.
