How long does it take to stage my listing?

Typically our team spends anywhere from 2-6 hours on site staging your individual listing. This does not include our time planning, selecting, packing and traveling to/from the listing.

How long is staging rental for?

Our staging rental setups are for 60 days. Customers may extend their staging by 30 additional days for $500. Customers are allowed to extend their rental a maximum of three times.

How soon can we book a photographer after staging?

We recommend hiring your photographer the day after staging execution. We cannot guarantee staging completion by a certain time should you have photography booked for same day.

What does your interior design service entail?

For our interior design consulting service, we can propose layout changes, interior/exterior/trim paint colors, lighting & overhead fixtures, flooring, tiles, & more.
