I'm sitting in my beautiful new home just 5 weeks after calling Debra, introducing myself, and asking her to help my husband and me find a house in the North Scottsdale area after our move from Idaho. This is a busy real estate market, but Debra met with me the very next day to discuss the various neighborhoods and what we were looking for in a home. When a very desirable listing appeared, Debra took me to see it right away and, while there, we "face-timed" with my husband (still in Idaho) so he could see it virtually. The sellers received multiple offers, but thanks to Debra's strategy, our offer was the one the sellers accepted. Debra worked well with the sellers' agent and coordinated the inspection and the purchase of some personal property from the sellers. We had a quick, smooth closing. Debra was very professional and helpful every step of the way, and I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
