We have many families that work from home, so we have designed a system of working from room to room. Normally we finish the second level or back of house before coming down to first level or front of house. We only ask that you not be in the room we are cleaning. Your team has a rhythm that allows them to finish quickly and efficiently.

Weekly and bi-weekly service normally has two service times, around 9am or between 10am and 2pm. Our most reliable start time is the first morning service time which normally starts between 9am and 9:30am. We try to reserve this service time for families that will be home during service to limit the amount of time they are waiting for their team. The second service of the day is a rather large service window time, but you are always welcome to text or call for an update on your service team. You can also request prior to a service that your team start after a certain time or complete by a certain time. Please keep in mind that this greatly limits your service days, unless only requested occasionally for company or special events. As needed or monthly service is normally completed after weekly and bi-weekly service which means that it could start as late as 3 or 4pm. Even later around the holidays or busy times of the year. Once again you can request that service be canceled or rescheduled if not started before a specified time.

You are welcome to customize the service to meet your needs. We can provide service for just a specific chore, like just bathroom, just floors, just kitchen, or the most lived in areas of the house, master suite, family room and kitchen. You get to choose what service you need and how often.

In order for you to experience our best service and to ensure completion of any subsequent General Cleans in a timely manner, starting with a Deep Clean is required. If your home is in good condition the Deep Clean will simply require less time. You are also encouraged to exclude any areas that do not require a Deep Clean to keep service within your budget. Unlike other cleaning companies, once you have had our Deep Clean if you try a General Clean within three months, we will never require another Deep Clean. You will have the information you need to make an informed decision any time you use our service.
