No, we provide all of the cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment for your services. We do ask, that if you have cleaning products you prefer, to leave them readily available before every service.

What is the difference between a recurring initial clean and a deep clean?

A recurring initial clean and a deep clean are basically the same clean just worded differently. We ask that every recurring customer starts with a deep clean to get their home in pristine condition before continuing their scheduled cleanings as our new recurring customer.

How do you guys handle your customers pets?

Brightside Services Inc is a family-friendly and furbaby-friendly company. We love all of our customer's animals, and we make sure to be very careful with them in the house. If they are friendly, they do not need to be put away, but we do ask for you to tell us ahead of time.
