Additionally, Saltwater Grande provides towels, hand towels, washcloths, and bathmats for the bathrooms, as well as a kitchen towel. A starter of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap and garbage bags will be set up in the property for you. You will be responsible for replenishing these items as needed throughout your stay.

A full refund, less the accommodation service fee (varies per unit - up to $399), is given only if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations canceled less than 30 days, but at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund, less the accommodation service fee (varies per unit - up to $399). If there are less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be issued.

If state or local authorities issue an order of evacuation of the area, rental guests shall comply with the order. In the event of an evacuation, no refunds will be issued.
