We can accommodate that request, however, our working hours are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and as a result, the majority of our clients are not present at home during that time.

If we cause any damage or break an object while at your home, we will promptly inform you. We will do our best to fix, replace, or compensate for any damages we have caused. We kindly request that any valuable or irreplaceable items be stored away before we arrive. Despite taking all necessary precautions to avoid damage, unforeseen accidents may occur. We would be devastated to damage or break something that holds significant sentimental value to you and cannot be replaced. We will not assume responsibility for items that are not secured properly ie: Mirrors not attached to the wall, pictures not secured, etc.

Clean Bee Home Services operates with a single cleaner approach. For the first cleaning, we will send a team of two cleaning technicians. For ongoing services, a single cleaner will be sent to your home.

Clean Bee Home Services is pleased to offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service options based on your cleaning requirements. We also accommodate special occasions and provide move-in and move-out cleaning services. Since we operate without contracts, you have the flexibility to modify your cleaning schedule to suit your lifestyle, budget, and specific cleaning needs.

Although not obligatory, tips are welcomed. A few of our customers opt to give a small tip after each service, while others give a more substantial tip at the end of the year. You have the option to leave a review on our Google or Facebook page. We truly appreciate hearing feedback that shows our work is valued. We always welcome and appreciate tips, but never anticipate them. If a tip is added to a bill, we will make sure that the full amount goes to the employee it was meant for.
