Yes. If the request is of the nature of a friendly reminder, etc. and, it is placed in a location that we are sure to see, a note is always appreciated. However, if it is to request additional services beyond your normal cleaning scope then we need to have you schedule that through our office in advance of your cleaning day. This assures that we allot the appropriate time for your needs and any others scheduled that same day do not have their appointments affected.

We would greatly appreciate a 24 hr. notice of any rescheduling needs but understand that emergencies do arise. If it makes you feel better you could tip your housekeepers on your next appointment as an apology for their lost income.
