Too many things can and do go wrong while you are away. We do offer Bi-Weekly and Monthly visits if preferred. Dreamweaver Concierge offers services to snowbirds, second home/vacation homeowners, vacation rental owners/hosts, and permanent residents that have plans to be away from their homes for any amount of time. Our first priority is your home. When we find a potential issue, we identify the problem and minimize any further damage as quickly as possible. We will first attempt to contact you, the homeowner. If we are unable to reach you directly, we will take the appropriate action to minimize the problem. We maintain a network of vendors that we may call upon to assist us in finding a timely and cost-effective temporary solution until we can reach you. A full assessment report will be provided to you as well. If we have to hire an outside vendor to require the integrity of your home and/or property, a Dreamweaver Concierge representative will make sure that they have access to the property, wait while the repairs are completed, and secure the home upon departure.

The state of Arizona does NOT require that home watch professionals hold a license. However, we do carry a City of Peoria business license. Dreamweaver Concierge carries a GENERAL LIABILITY POLICY, and an ERRORS and OMMISSIONS POLICY. We also carry a Surety Bond in the amount of $10,000. Every client receives a copy of our Certificate of Insurance upon request.
