We work by appointment. Our estimates are free. We come to the property to measure and do a visual inspection in order to determine the needs and underlying conditions of the job, and calculate the amount for time and material necessary to complete the process in the time projected (weather permitting). We then prepare a custom quote/proposal for the customer, answer any questions, prepare the contracts, and schedule the work.

Absolutely. Pressure Cleaning is a MUST. It is done to remove all loose and peeling paint, chalky residue and dirt in order to insure that the new paint adheres to the surface of the building.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Our crews however, start much earlier in the morning and sometimes work evening and weekends, depending on customer needs and schedules.

In places where there may be a sensitivity to fumes such as hospitals, schools, nursing homes child care facilities or any areas where there may be shared A/C vents that run throughout a building, we use a zero-VOC paint.VOC stands for Volatile Organic Compounds. This special paint gives off zero fumes so as not to affect people with allergies, or those who may be on oxygen and especially small children who may be more sensitive to any fumes.
