What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We measure everything and bid according to the measurements of your space. This gives you the most accurate estimate we can provide. There are a few exceptions in which we will charge a client T&M. Some projects are too complicated to measure. But our team is fast and efficient, so you will be charged fairly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we have a new customer, our Account Executives will give them a call to learn about their project. They will then schedule a meeting with the customer to view their space and take the appropriate measurements. From there, they build an accurate and fair estimate that the customer can review and discuss. If the customer agrees to our estimate, then we get them on our schedule and complete the work in a timely and high-quality manner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team is the best of the best and has a tremendous amount of experience in our field. ACI Coatings has been around since 1996. All of our Account Executives have 15-20 years of experience painting. Plus we have the most experienced and well-trained painters around.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all kinds of customers. Home Owners, General Contractors, Builders, Property Managers, Property Owners, and pretty much anyone who needs painting done. Residential, Commercial and Industrial. We do it all.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always make sure you hire a painter who Licensed, Bonded and Insured. Licensed Contractors know to create agreements that will protect you. Bonding protects you in case your contractor abandons your job. Insurance projects you from painters being injured on your property. If you have an uninsured person doing work on your property and they get hurt, then you may be liable for their injury.
