Post-pandemic lead times have mainly returned to normal with a few exceptions. Unfortunately, lead times can vary and change as demand fluctuates. This happens because some parts of the supply chain no longer have the same labor pool available as they did pre-pandemic. On our end, we will do our best to set expectations with you throughout the process on the current lead times for the products you consider for your project and once you order, we will communicate all lead time updates to you as quickly as possible. In return, we ask that you are patient, as we do our best to navigate these circumstances that are beyond our control. Thank you.

Payment and Delivery: A deposit of 50% is due on all orders over $2500. Payment in full is due on all orders less than $2500. These payments are due prior to us placing the order with our vendor. The balance, if any, will be due upon receipt of our invoice, which will occur when the product leaves the vendor's facility. If your balance due is not received promptly upon request, the delivery date and delivery agent may need to be altered, which will result in a second delivery fee, which will be your responsibility and due prior to rescheduling the product. Additional storage and shipping fees will also be your responsibility if you are unable to take delivery of your product when delivery agent contacts you to schedule. All special orders are not returnable and are non-refundable as they are made to order. Stock items may be returned to our vendors, if their policy allows, and will be assessed a restocking fee that is imposed by the vendor, not Corner Cabinet. If the item is returnable, a credit will be issued to you once the product has been received by the vendor in good condition. Be aware that returns will not accept if any product has been installed. Please check with your designer before ordering any product to get specific details on whether the products you are purchasing are special orders and if not, what the restocking fee may be if you choose to return the product.
