Today, we're diving deep into one of our most frequently asked client questions regarding number of work seats. nnThe answer is dependent on your organizational culture. nnMany of our clients have settled on ratios, where employees are considered remote if they come in less than three days a week on average, and considered hybrid if they are in the office three days or more. Remote and hybrid counts would have a corresponding ratio to determine work seats required.
