What Is the cost of a home inspection?

Our inspections start as low as $375 and increase based on the square footage and age of the home. We offer discounts when additional items are added to the home inspection, such as radon, termite, and well inspections.

How much experience does the inspector have?

Our inspectors are licensed in NC and/orSC and also have their radon certification. ClearVUE is proud to have inspectors who understand the building process that help buyers better understand their findings and the method of repair.

Does a newly constructed home need an Inspection?

A newly constructed home needs an inspection just as much as an existing structure, if not more. Considering how fast homes are being built these days, it is strongly recommended that not only a final home inspection be performed, but also a pre-drywall inspection during the building process.

Does a standard inspection cover a radon test?

A radon test is an additional service that we can perform either at the same time as the inspection, or as a stand alone service. Please note that we offer package pricing if done together.

What is a pre-listing inspection?

A pre-listing inspection is an inspection paid for by the current owner of a home prior to listing their home for sale. This allows the seller to be aware of any issues that must be addressed prior to listing the home. A pre-listing inspection also shows potential buyers that the seller has taken the initiative to address issues and is listing their home in good faith.
