Is the first site visit charged for?
A no-charge assessment is offered by 6 of the 24 contractors here. Expect a repair call to be billable either way, because tracing a buried leak is the work itself. For a new system, a free visit is normal, and the proposal that follows should show zones, head types and spacing rather than one number at the bottom.
