What methods of payment can I use to rent a dumpster from Diamond Debris Solutions?

All forms of payment are made electronically, and we accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Paypal, Paypal Credit, Venmo, and Cash App. We unfortunately do not accept cash or checks.

Are you licensed and insured?

Rest assured, Diamond Debris Solutions operates with full compliance to regulations, holding both the necessary licenses and insurance to provide a safe and legally protected service for our customers.

What steps should I take to prepare for the dumpster delivery?

Ensure there is a clear space for the dumpster to be placed and that there is ample room for the delivery truck to access the site. Inform us of any potential obstacles or special considerations needed for the delivery.

What items are prohibited from being placed in a residential dumpster?

For safety reasons, items such as hazardous materials, electronics, and certain types of appliances are not permitted in our residential dumpsters. For a comprehensive overview of prohibited items, please review our exclusion list.

What should I do if I need more time with the dumpster?

If your project requires the dumpster beyond the initial rental period, you can extend your rental for $25 per additional day. We will not pick up your dumpster until you call us to pick it up
