FAQs

What if some plants die?

Trees and shrubs are guaranteed for one year. During that time, if any plants die, please contact our office and we will schedule a time for replacements. We may want to visit the site to determine the cause of die off and make any adjustments that are needed.

How do I pay for my project?

Per our proposals, we ask for a 20% deposit to secure a spot in our schedule and to start purchasing materials for your project. Once the construction starts, we ask for a 30% payment and then another 30% payment towards the end of project. Then we will schedule a walk through with you, to address any questions or outstanding items. Once the project is completed, the final 10% is due. We accept checks and online payments. Any credit card payments require a 3% bank surcharge.

How long does the project take?

It all depends on the amount of work that we are doing and how many subcontractors are involved. A general rule of thumb is one week per $20,000 amount of work.
