Who will work on my landscape?
The only people who will work on your landscape are Native Gardeners employees. Our team members have experience and horticultural backgrounds, and we will all be familiar with your landscape needs.
Are you insured and licensed?
We have all the necessary licenses as landscape designers and installers for our area. We carry insurance for all of our projects. Some of our designs are more extensive construction projects, requiring special licenses and certifications outside our in-house staff. When we need to work with other trusted members of the landscaping community, we work with them and their expertise for those exceptional cases.
What Kind of Guarantee Do You Offer on Installation?
We guarantee our artistry to your project for one year from the installation date. This warranty excludes any warping or discoloration of installation materials due to the nature of natural materials. Trees and plants installed by Native Gardeners LLC. have a warranty of 100% of the wholesale purchase price for one year from installation. Please check out Our Guarantee page for more details.
Why won't my plant order ship?
We at Native Gardeners work hard to ensure the highest quality in everything we do, including shipping. At this time, we only ship 4-inch and 1-gallon pots. This allows us to carefully and adequately ship plants with a lower risk of damage. If you need assistance with a plant order, please call us; we love problem-solving!
Is the nursery ADA compliant?
Accessibility is one of the Native Gardeners' primary goals. Although our Nursery is wheelchair accessible, it is rustic and subject to Mother Nature. We are happy to assist you if needed. Our team's goal is to ensure all our customers can enjoy the beauty of native plants and a sense of local ecology.
