We are a full-service landscape company that provides landscape maintenance and construction services. Our core landscape maintenance services include lawn and bed maintenance, turf fertilization and weed control, irrigation management, and repairs. We also offer landscape enhancements that are exclusively available to our active clients signed up for landscape maintenance. These additional landscape services include but are not limited to: general clean-ups, mulch installation, seasonal flower installation, landscaping, lawn aeration, and top dressing. We also offer professional landscape design and construction for those looking to make their dream landscape a reality. *Please keep in mind that we do not offer one-time services to non-clients.

In order to set up an account for recurring services, such as landscape maintenance, we do require a debit or credit card on file. We will charge your account on a per service basis or a monthly basis, depending on the type of plan you choose. For all other one-time services, such as irrigation repairs or landscape enhancements, we will charge the card on file upon completion of service. For landscape construction projects, we will follow the draw schedule specified in the signed contract.

This all depends on the service you request. We have specific labor rates for different tasks to ensure we recover overhead, equipment costs, payroll for our valued employees, and a fair company profit.

We can definitely take a look at the entire property to start that conversation, but we cannot price out any design work that is confirmed to be done that far out. Any work that you are further than approximately 4-6 months out from wanting installed is recommended to wait and circle back to us! The designers will focus on the top priority space, create a full design and estimate for that work, and then we may come up with some loose designs for the other areas to give you an idea of what that could look like. It is preferred to not provide an estimate for future work because materials, plants, and other items will likely change. BUT do not worry! We will save your entire property file, and design a model to keep adding to it and check off each area as you are ready to complete them!
