Expert Lawn Care Services in Greenwood, IN

Our plan covers a six-application process, waiting approximately seven to eight weeks between each part of the process. During the lawn care process, our qualified technicians will provide preventative crabgrass control, spot weed control, grub control, slow-release fertilizer, and broadleaf weed control applications.

We do provide aeration services for Indianapolis homeowners. Aeration refers to the elimination of lawn thatch from your grass. Lawn thatch congests your yard, stifling grass growth. Our lawn care team will poke holes in your soil, allowing your grass to receive essential nutrients from your irrigation system. We also recommend raking your lawn frequently to avoid thatch buildup.

You should aerate your lawn 48 hours before seeding. Doing so helps increase seeding efficiency. The aeration/seeding combination is the best way to protect your yard from decay and disease.

Fungicides are more effective when applied during cool weather or, in warmer months, during the cooler morning hours. If temperatures reach 90F, we will come back at another time to complete the job.

You can light a walkway by selecting a complementary combination of lighting fixtures and installing them according to standard industry conventions. Some of the tips to keep in mind include the following:Keep the light fixtures 10-15 feet apart to create light pools instead of a constant stream of light. Move the lighting fixtures deeper into the greenery to highlight your plants while lighting the way. Use staggered fixture placement to create depth and balance. Choose fixtures that will direct light downwards towards your feet instead of directly at your eyes. Install lights slightly taller than your plants if you are embedding your fixtures in foliage. Use low-wattage bulbs to provide just enough light without going overboard.
