Professional Lawn Care Services in Joplin, MO

I'm Jeff Steffen, owner and operator of Avery Lawn Care. I named Avery Lawn Care after my youngest daughter. I am a Army veteran. This is my second season operating Avery Lawn Care. My goal is to provide fair and honest services to my customers. I service the Webb City, Joplin, Carl Junction and Carthage areas. My prices for spring of 2022 are as follows: Contract customers only: Small yard- Less than 10,000 square feet- $30 Medium yard- 10,000 sf to 15,000 sf- $40 15,000 to 20,000- $50 Commercial or extra large area, I will give an in person bid. Contract customers must have yard mowed every 10 days or sooner. To be a new contract customer you must provide a current credit or debit card number, and yard will be mowed for the duration of the time listed in the contract. Cash discount only applies if paid on time at the time of the lawn cut. Non contract as needed or wanted: Small yard $40 Med yard $55 Large yard up to 20,000 Sq Ft $65 I charge extra for the following: Clutter, trash or toys in yard. $5-$10 extra. Also I am not responsible for damage to items left in yard or structures damaged by items or rocks left in yard. Grass over 10 inches tall is an extra $10. If you do not have a gate to access the yard with more than 65 inches of clearance. Call for bid if this is the case. Discounts offered: $5 off when paying with cash when mowing is completed.
