No. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable allowing our team access to your home. Olivia's insured team works during most client's office hours and so we can accept a spare key or garage code to enter your home safely. Please let us know during your estimate.

We understand that life happens very quickly and that, at times, a service may have to be rescheduled or cancelled. Please try to contact us within 24 hours of a scheduled service.
