Job Requirements Title : Residential or Commercial Cleaner / HousekeepernnWe Just Clean hiring for Residential or Commercial Housekeeper / Cleaner / Maid.nnCompensationnnStarting at $20 for the first 3 - 6 months and then up $23 per hour after 12 months.nnKeep 100% of customer tips.nnRequirementsnnMust have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation to drive to job sites.nnMinimum 1 year of cleaning experience, with 4+ years of cleaning experience preferrednnPositive attitude, outlook, and sense of humor.nnMust be in overall good health, and able to keep up with the demands of a physical job such as house cleaning.nnSupplies – You’ll provide all the cleaning supplies for the job. This includes a vacuum cleaner, Swifter, disinfectants, liquids, sprays, rags, cloths, etc.nnThis includes, but is not limited to:nnLifting at least 25 pounds on a regular and daily basis.nnPerforming repetitive cleaning tasks everyday.nnOn-time, organized, and able to be punctual or early to all scheduled work shifts.nnOther tasks as required by the assigned special projects.nnMust be able to pass an employment background check, and drug screening as a condition of the offer of employment if qualified.nnMust be fully vaccinatednnMust be available to work during regular business hours which are Monday - Sunday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.nnTechnology – Must know how to use a smartphone including Google Maps and checking emails.nnPride & Professionalism – In your cleaning and how you handle the clients.nnMust be authorized to work in the U.S and pass a background check.*nnYou choose the jobs you want, enjoy your freedom, like working for yourselfnnClient tips, and steady hours are just some of the great things about working at We Just Clean.nnYour Responsibilities:nnOnce you confirm a job you show up on time and complete the entire task.
