Best House Cleaning & Maid Services in Vineland, NJ

* SMALL BUSINESS CLASS 101 NOW IN SESSION *nn• I follow a TON of cleaning pages, so these comments were not directed at me or my personal business… but they might as well be. 🤷🏼‍♀️nnLet’s do some basic math. The first comment says $55/HR cleaning. So… nnSay we charge a client $110 for 2 hours of cleaning. Now most people would take 110 divided by 2 and that’s how you get the $55. BUT it doesn’t stop there. nnSo let’s take a look at what REALLY goes on in small business. 🙃nn‼️$110 for 2 hours of cleaning nn• TAKE AWAY 7% sales tax (this is for Ohio could be more could be less depending on where you operate even in Ohio)nn‼️$102.30 now for 2 hours of cleaning nn• TAKE AWAY 15.3% in self employment taxes (this is for Ohio could be more could be less depending on where you operate) nn‼️ $86.64 now for 2 hours of cleaning nnDo you have EMPLOYEES? nMINIMUM WAGE is $10.45 in Ohio. nn• NOW let’s take away SUPPLIES, INSURANCE, GAS, BUSINESS LICENSE, ACCOUNTING or BOOKKEEPING, MARKETING, UTILITIES, EMPLOYEE BENEFITS, MORE TAXES.. oh look.. INFLATION…the list goes on. 🤣nn• This is why 40% of businesses fail within the first three years, 49.9% within five years, 65.8% within 10 years, 73.3% within 15 years, and nearly 80% within 20 years. nn• Don’t get me wrong you should be PROUD to have a college degree, and I blame society for making people believe that you have to go into thousands of dollars in debt just to be labeled as “educated” or “successful”.. But please don’t make others feel like they are anything less than deserving of making a honest living for themselves and for their families. nn• Have you swept and mopped floors for 8 hours straight? It is HARD WORK! 🤣nn• To my fellow cleaning friends, know your worth, and do not let comments like these stop you from growing and scaling your business! 🤍🌿nnAlso, thank you to all of my amazing clients for always making me feel valued and appreciated! I wouldn’t be where I am without all of your support! 🤍...
