Do I need to call my insurance provider?

If your home was flooded, insurance companies typically prefer you contact us before you call them. For example, if your basement, house, or business has a flood, contact DryPro immediately. We will get to your location quickly, perform an inspection, and start removing the water. We will work with your insurance company to make the appropriate claim.

How long is the water restoration process?

In the first phase, we take care of all demolition, cleaning, and drying tasks. This phase takes three or four days. In cases of significant damage, it may take longer. The second phase includes final repairs. Our team has performed restorations in which the second phase lasted a few days and others where it lasted for weeks. It is our mission to work efficiently and communicate with you every step of the way.

How much does water damage cleanup typically cost?

Every project is different and is based on the severity of the damage. Our evaluation will explain all costs in detail. Most of our clients only pay their deductible, as most property insurance policies include flood damage. However, the cost is on a case-by-case basis, which is why our professionals will walk you through the process.
