A homeowner in Coldwater, Michigan, experience a sewer backup in their partially finished basement of their home. It caused sewage water and waste scattered throughout the area. After calling a plumber to fix the issue, they contacted us to clean it up properly. Camelot Emergency Water Removal Project Manager, Rich Baker, arrived at the home to assess the damage. He thoroughly inspected the home and communicated the process with the homeowner. Two of our technicians arrived shortly and started the clean-up. They began by removing some damaged paneling. The concrete floor and affected walls were thoroughly steam cleaned and sanitized. After that drying equipment was installed to quickly dry their basement.
