A moving consultant will either visit your home or conduct a virtual move survey to determine the approximate cost and give you a written estimate for services. The estimate in the pre-move phase of the relocation is simply an estimate of the total cost for the move. Prior to actual delivery of the shipment all charges must be paid in full, the Chipman team will ensure that all charges are agreed upon and approved by the customer.

We understand that the unexpected can happen at any time. If a change to move dates is needed, our move coordinator should be contacted immediately and we will try to accommodate the situation as best we can. During a change of specified dates during the move, the cost of services may change.
