Move Mountains blankets and shrink wraps all of your furniture items to ensure protection! If our team is providing packing services, we use high quality materials securing safe transport of your items. We do provide additional protection services upon request for added safeguard.

Move Mountains will process payment once services have been completed to your satisfaction. For large jobs including long distance moves, a deposit will be requested at time of booking. Refunds for time not used or overages for additional services provided will be processed following completion of your move.

Move Mountains has a 48 hour cancellation policy in order to receive a full refund. Deposits taken will be non-refundable inside of 48 hours prior to your scheduled move date.

Move Mountains takes a deposit equivalent to 3 hours of the service that you have reserved at time of booking to confirm your service appointment. The remaining balance will be processed once services have been completed to your satisfaction. For large projects including long distance moves, the deposit due at time of booking is equivalent to 50% of your estimate.
