Trusted Pest Control Services in Hallandale Beach, FL

Since iguanas are an invasive species in Florida, you’ll want to get them off your property. Even if you don’t mind their presence, they can cause serious damage. Preventing them from making themselves at home is the best way to start. They’re attracted to gardens with vegetables and other plants. Keeping this area well-manicured and wrapping trees in sheet metal is a great way to keep them away. Additionally, choosing plants that iguanas don’t eat, like oleander, Mexican buttonwood, and chenille, will make your garden less appealing to them. Look around your yard for holes, which are a telltale sign that iguanas are burrowing underneath the ground. Fill those holes with rocks to keep them from coming back. The underground burrows they create around your home could cause your foundation to collapse. If you keep seeing iguanas on your property, call Iguana Control for professional iguana removal today!
