Are the results guaranteed?

We always work with you so that you are satisfied with the end result of our service. Different pests have different guarantees because of the way they behave. If you ever find yourself needing more assistance after our service, contact us and we will work it out with you.

Can I get an estimate first?

We can normally give estimates for homeowners over the phone. If an inspection is required, we will send someone out to access the area and give you an estimate then.

How long does it take to be treated?

Our exterminators always do a thorough inspection. For homes in can take anywhere from 30-45 minutes. If your home is larger, or if the pest control is for a building it can take longer depending on the size.

Does your treatment take care of other pests?

This is depending on the pest. For general pest control treatment, our products will treat a variety of common household pests. Some pests, however, need certain treatment that will need products that are specific to treating them.

I have pets or infants, will they be safe?

We try to take an organic approach to pest control as much as possible. However, some pests require other chemicals in order to be fully exterminated. In such a case that your pets or children may be at risk, we will certainly let you know so they can avoid the areas for the time being.
