Soft washing is the process of applying an eco-friendly soap at low pressure, allowing the soap to dwell on a surface, then thoroughly rinsing the soap solution and any contaminants off the surface. In short, the soap solution contains sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and a professional pressure washing soap.

No. We only need access to a functioning water spigot and for you to make sure your windows and doors are shut. If a window or door is left open, either the house will not be washed, or we will try to wash around it. We will also attempt to contact you to let you know if a door or window is left open, or if there is anything found during our cleaning. Payment arrangements can be made after you have made sure you are 100% satisfied with our results.
