How long will it take to rent my home?

Typically, a market-priced rental property shall be leased within the first 30 to 45 days. Thanks to technology, we have experienced many cases in which the properties been rented out within mere hours! Our professionally trained property managers will guide you through the whole leasing process, including but not limited to pricing strategy, showing schedules, traffic updates, renter qualification, etc.

How do you handle evictions?

Eviction is a costly, time consuming, and unpleasant experience for homeowners, renters, and property managers. We work diligently to avoid eviction in the first place. Real Property Management Connect invests an extremely large amount of effort to find qualified tenants, so to minimize the future risk of eviction. Unfortunately, life is full of surprises and even the best situation may change quickly. If an eviction still incurred, your property manager will work with designated attorneys who specialized in the Eviction or Unlawful Detainer field. The attorneys will file a judgment with the courts, and we will work with a collection agency to collect all past due rent, fees, and court costs.

Will I know what is going on with my property?

Yes, of course! It is your property and you have an absolute right to know what going on with it. You can either call our office to speak to a property manager or utilize our cutting-edge online portal to access your profile, including but not limited to the access of rent roll, income statements, maintenance requests, lease information, etc.
