Rent is due the 1st of every month. Bell provides a grace period through the 5th. Any rent collected after the 5th is considered late and the tenant will be charged a late fee equal to 10% of their monthly rent.

To break your lease you would need to provide a notice to vacate with the date you plan to be fully out of the unit. From that point we will advertise the unit for rental. If someone rents the unit for immediately after your move out, you will be opted out of the remainder of your lease. Should the unit not be rented, you will be responsible for rent through your lease term or until someone else rents the unit. We always highly recommend posting your own advertising to look for someone, but all parties will need to be screened and approved through our office.

Bell Property requires that you have a verifiable gross monthly income of 3 times or greater of monthly rent. A check of good credit and legal history, as well as previous landlord reference is taken into consideration. Should you not meet all requirements, Bell Property may consider a Co-Signer or a larger security deposit.

Cats are allowed at all properties (except Village Garden Apartments) with a $200 refundable deposit and $35/cat fee. There is a 2 cat maximum policy. All caged animals need to be listed on the application, but are welcome at no cost. Dogs are NOT allowed at any of your properties.
