What if my property isn't set up to have guests yet?

Our team specializes in bringing properties into the vacation property space. Let us know about your particular situation and we will work to meet your needs.

Who will stay at my property and can I trust them?

We vet all guests along with the online platforms to ensure peace of mind. When setting up your property profile, you have the ability to specify that only highly rated guests with a track record of good reviews will be able to book your home.

When do I get paid?

Airbnb pays you the owner, the day after the guests check into the property (minus our fee). All other platforms will be paid out at the end of each month.

Can HostyMosty guarantee that my property will be booked?

We cannot guarantee your property will be booked, however, we do everything possible to make yur listing stand out and make it as appealing as possible to potential guests.

How will you get bookings for my property?

We create an engaging profile and fill it with eye-catching professional photos. We list it on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, our HostyMosty website, and others. We are extremely active on social media promoting your property regularly.
