FAQs

What is your emergency / after-hours number?

In the event of a life- threatening emergency, dial 911. For an after-hours maintenance emergency, please contact your Property Manager. Your Manager will often inspect the issue and notify our emergency maintenance team when required.

What is your pet policy?

Pet policies vary from property to property and depend upon the building specifications. It is best to first ask the Property Manager to see what the specific policy is for that building or unit. If pets are accepted, a pet deposit will need to be collected as well as additional paperwork.

What is a just cause of eviction?

Your lease is a helpful document for reference, as it includes a detailed description of the rules and regulations that are required while living within your apartment. Any violation of the items stated within your lease agreement are considered just cause for eviction. If at any time you have questions regarding your lease, we encourage you to reach out to your Property Manager for guidance and questions. Many difficult situations can be overcome through open and honest communication.

What can I do about noisy neighbors?

If you are experiencing a noise disturbance, reach out and notify your property manager. If your manager is not available, and the situation is a serious disturbance, please contact your local police department.

I lost my keys, what should I do?

For lost or misplaced keys, residents should notify their Property Manager for a replacement. Please keep in mind, JRC Property Management may charge a nominal lock-out fee for a lock-outs due to misplaced keys.
