To keep everyone safe in these unsure times we've developed some COVID safe practices when meeting for listing appointments or conducting home showings. All parties are expected to wear well-fitting masks at all times. The broker showing you the house will open all doors and cabinets either with a sanitizing wipe or after using hand sanitizer. All parties will attempt to maintain a six-foot distance from the broker whenever possible. Customers are asked to cancel any appointment scheduled if they, or anyone they know, begins to feel sick or test positive for COVID . Customers will no longer be able to ride in the broker's car to showings. The parties will either caravan, or meet at the property. Finally, when completing a listing appointment, it's requested that the property owner open windows and doors (weather permitting) for an hour before the broker's arrival to allow for a safe appointment.
