Expert Realtors in East Los Angeles, CA

Have you heard realtors freak out about the NAR settlement? Do you want to know how this lawsuit affects YOU as a homebuyer? Well, you will likely be reaching out to a realtor to buy a house, even if you aren’t totally ready yet. That’s okay! It’s good to talk to someone early on to guide you through the process. We’ll have a great in depth conversation about your goals. Get to know each other and your vision. When you’re ready, we’ll make it official! We’ll sign a buyer’s representation agreement before we go out to see houses together. You’ll get a clear description of what a buyer’s agent will do for you in exchange for your commitment. You can always cancel too if it’s not feeling like a good fit. There are a lot of costs involved when buying a home, from lender fees to title insurance to escrow, inspections, appraisal. Historically, the buyer agent is paid by the seller, but we’ll walk you through your options if the seller is not offering compensation to your broker. Just like repairs, we will always negotiate first from the seller! My promise to you is that along the way, there will never be any surprise fees from me. So we’ll have open and transparent communication about the costs of buying a home. That’s what we do anyway, this is just one piece of that puzzle. I’m here to answer any of your questions about the process, upcoming changes, and how this affects YOU as a homebuyer. Sammy Lyon Associate Broker Dow Capital DRE #02113227 Office Lic. #01081741...
