The real estate market has shifted here in the Twin Cities. The practical implications: it is still a Sellers market but buyers may not have to battle tooth and nail with 15 other offers, maybe a listing takes 2 weeks to sell instead of 2 days, more people are getting offers with an inspection contingency accepted, basically the big shift is a return to conditions and stats closer to 2019. The stats are really not that dramatic but any change from the incredible pace of the last 2 years does feel significant. Ultimately it will be a more tame and civil environment to buy and sell.
