We are known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.nn• No two weeks are the same. Some weeks focus primarily on foundation waterproofing, crack repair and drainage systems. The next week it would be a partial, or full, remodel.n• We are looking for a dependable hardworking Handyperson that can complete various remodeling and maintenance tasks at our client’s properties. n• We are looking for a candidate willing to work a full day. Though we understand family comes first, if your personal life interferes with your workday, consistently, this would not be the job for you.n• Remodeling job duties include but are not limited to demolition, painting, hanging drywall, drywall repair, framing, installing floors, doors and windows, siding repairs and other residential and commercial building needs. Your maintenance/handyperson responsibilities may involve solving basic electrical and plumbing issues, appliance repair, toilet/sink repair and replacement, window screen replacement, window covering installation, TV mount installation, gutter cleaning, siding repair, and other handyperson tasks.n• We are expecting this candidate to be organized and have excellent time management skills as well as strong general repair skills.
