Today we celebrate the 10 year work anniversary of four employees: Peg, Jeremy, Jose and Julia. nnPeg has been the bookkeeper here. When she first started, she handled the office all on her own. Answering phones, doing payroll, and dealing with Dave, Ed, and Brett all day long. I don’t know how she did it honestly. nnJeremy started with us with no prior roofing experience. We’ve trained him and he’s really grown into an experienced, knowledgeable roof technician. He now inspects, diagnoses and repairs roofs, gutters, chimneys, soffit/ fascia, and more. He’s someone we can rely on! nnJose had plenty of experience when he started with us. Over the years he has become a crew lead. He’s in charge of his roofing crew and leads by example. He’s very talented and continues to be a valued employee. nnJulia, Dave’s daughter, started with us part time while she was a senior in high school. Essentially all she did was filing and watch Netflix. She’s now the office manager. She handles accounts receivable, accounts payable, and has her hand in a little bit of everything dealing with the office. She has aspirations of taking over the company one day. nnI want to personally thank these four employees for their dedication to Kusiak Construction. We are a family owned and operated company.
