The Drexler team completed a stunning Techo Bloc job in Stewart Manor! We transformed the entire front yard, installing new footings and supports for a future outdoor patio roof. After ensuring the correct pitch and grade, we poured 4,000 PSI concrete and installed the G Force Shale Grey block system for maximum durability and a beautiful finish. The steps and patio landing feature Onyx black copping, with a 3-piece combo in Eva Shale Grey in a linear pattern. The ground-level patio also boasts Eva Shale Grey in a 45-degree linear pattern. The walkway, designed for heavy traffic, uses strong 3 15/16” Linear Shale Grey pavers to create an elongated illusion. The main driveway will be blacktop to complement the Onyx black borders. The project is clean, modern, and sleek, standing out from typical mixed pavers. We can't wait to return in the fall for blacktop day and the new raised patio with roof and landscaping!
