Window and Door Replacements - Northborough MA We replaced 33 Double hung style windows. All windows had grids between the glass. Double hung windows had a 6 over 6 grid pattern. All the windows are Pro Via Endure windows and they have Better Vue full screens and double strength glass. All windows and grids are in snow mist white. They are a Double Low-E with a Hard Coat, Argon filled, Energy Star rated for all Regions and a Lifetime warranty which is transferable. We also installed extension jambs, 3-1/2" interior colonial wood casings, stool and apron, all pre -painted, semi-gloss snow mist white. One of the double hung windows is specified to be a Tempered glass unit for bathroom use as per code. Additionally, 2 new construction style Awning windows with stainless steel hardware was replaced in the basement. those did not have grids. Lastly we replaced two replacement Transom windows over the Garage doors with Grids between the glass.We also replaced front doors. Left of Garage Door 36 x 80”, Heritage smooth fiberglass, 2 panel 430 style with colonial grids, black Accent/Addison Passage Latch with smart sense deadbolt with century trim.
