For most jobs, we add electrical (for fans or lights) or plumbing (for a gas line or outdoor sink). We can include that in the project to provide a turn-key project.

What kind of BBQ Equipment do you recommend?

Everyone uses their outdoor space differently. We will walk you through the selection process at our showroom at The Collective Outdoors. You will be able to touch and feel all the equipment to understand better what would work best for your space. We will also provide a 3D design rendering before installation.

Is that true?

Yes. There is typically an additional cost associated with 3D modeling and rendering but trust us, this investment leads you to cost savings by avoiding several changes in design during construction.

How is APR determined for prequalified offers?

What about change orders?

A change order encompasses any deviation from the original signed proposal.
