Next, we'll diligently clean the exposed tile underlayment and flashing, preparing a pristine workable surface. Then, we'll apply a modified bitumen patch along the entire length of the valley using cold tar. We'll ensure the new patch's perimeter is sealed with cold tar and fabric membrane.
