Yes, we do require rental protection when renting a storage unit. You can either provide proof of your own protection plan as you are checking out, or you can purchase one of our select protection plans. Our storage facilities offer several options of protection plans, so be sure to pick the correct plan for your particular needs. Ask one of our storage experts which plan you might want to consider.

Can I rent short-term?

Yes, our storage facilities currently offer convenient month-to-month rental agreements. You can choose to rent for a month, a few months, or find your long-term storage solution Mr. Storage in Ohio.

What discounts do you offer?

Mr. Storage in Ohio offers its customers an array of discounts. Customers ages 65+ can receive our Senior Discount of 5% off monthly. Active duty military members can receive 10% off monthly. Do you have truck rentals?

No, Mr. Storage in Ohio does not currently offer moving trucks for rental at any of our facilities. Still, you can check our Neighborhood Friends board for a list of local recommended vendors.

When I rent online, can I access my storage unit right away?

Yes. When you rent a storage unit through our contactless storage rentals, you are able to access your storage unit immediately once you receive your confirmation email. The online rental process lets you choose to rent a storage unit and pay for it within minutes. Once the transaction is completed, you can move into your storage unit right away.
