Do you offer more than household storage?
Yes, Sunbird Storage offers business storage andmoving storage solutions at every location! Our storage units are equipped to store just about anything you need.
What amenities are available at Sunbird?
Sunbird offers an indoor unloading area, loading dock, climate controlled units, elevators, 24/7 video monitoring, high-tech security, protection plan, moving supplies and boxes, and personal services.
How do I access my storage unit?
You, selected family, and any business associates can access our facility by using our secure keypad entry using a personal security code. Individual units are protected by a lock that is only accessible by the customer. Only contacts you authorize will be able to access your unit. Typical daily access hours are from 6AM - 11PM, so you can always access your stuff when you need it.
Do I need insurance for the contents of my unit?
Yes, all tenants are required to have a Contents Protection Plan for the value of their belongings. For your convenience, we offer a Contents Protection Plan with different options that you can purchase. Alternatively, you may opt to provide proof of your own insurance when you move in! At that time, we will remove this fee from your account.
